FCYBL Rules

Annual FCYBL Club Membership Application- Annually, each club rep shall submit this form to re-new their membership. Failure to submit the form will result in club's removal from the league

Code of Conduct-Coaches- Printable version of the FCYBL Coaches Code of Conduct.

Code of Conduct-Players- Printable version of the FCYBL Player Code of Conduct.

Code of Conduct-Spectators - Printable version of the FCYBL Spectators Code of Conduct.

Player Acceptance of Team Position- FCYBL Rule 5.1.2 allows clubs to have players to sign a form accepting their position on a team. If this form is completed and signed by the player and a parent, that player is then prohibited by FCBYL rules from trying out with or playing for another FCYBL team.

Entering Scores

Instructions for Entering Game Scores- This file includes the instructions for entering game scores in the FCYBL scores and standings website.

Concussion Health Card

Concussion Wallet Card *- A handout re: the dangers of concussions and the importance of recognizing the signs of a concussion. The handout also includes a Wallet Card with emergency medial contact information for the player.
