Scheduling Procedures:
Non-Inclement Weather Issues




·      ALL schedules are subject to changes by the school’s/ facility’s availability.

  • Designate someone to check the schedules for last-minute updates.

  • If four teams show up for a game slot, per FCYBL rules, a coin flip determines who plays (others will be rescheduled), except that a 10U pool play game takes precedent and must be played.

  • Games that do not begin by the start time of the following game will be rescheduled (a 6:30PM game must begin by 7:45PM).

  • If no refs are present at the start of game time:

·        Teams may begin play IF BOTH AGREE by using volunteers.

·        Call the appropriate number listed on FCYBL.ORG.
