New FCYBL Scheduling policy:

When FCPS cancels activities, we will no longer cancel games at open facilities (e.g. Prince William, Loudon, Arlington, Alexandria). If they can host games, we will play, regardless of FCPS cancellations.  Always check the schedule before leaving for a game.
